(hereinafter referred to as ONLINESHIPP), a limited liability company, with NIF 506002420, located in Travessa da Esperança 8-Albarraque Rio de Mouro 2635-122 Rio de Mouro Portugal.
Users who make purchases on our website WWW.ONLINESHIPP.COM fully accept the conditions presented G.P.C.C. being bound by these as if they were written at the time of purchase.
It is an essential requirement to read and accept the G.P.C.C., prior to the execution of any purchase of any product, through the Website WWW.ONLINESHIPP.COM.
ONLINESHIPP reserves the right to modify the G.P.C.C at any time and without prior notice. The G.P.C.C. will always be available and accessible from the website WWW.ONLINESHIPP.COM so that they can be consulted or printed at any time.

The purchasing process at ONLINESHIPP:
After consulting the product to be purchased on our website, you must follow the acquisition/purchase procedures. If you wish, you can register by following the links so that you can carry out the registration procedure, after filling in your details. If you accept this, you will periodically receive emails with offers and promotions. Whenever there are changes, you can always do so in the user panel, including deleting them from our database.
While browsing our website you will find items that you can add to your shopping cart. You can always repeat the previous procedure, always having the option of changing it whenever you want, until you complete your purchase.
When confirming the order, you must indicate an address for shipping the items and the respective billing address. At this stage, you must select the payment method available on our Website that is most suitable for you. When selecting the respective payment method, information will be displayed to confirm whether everything is filled out correctly or whether there will be a need to correct or add anything. After completing the order, you will automatically receive an email with your finalized order in detail, as well as the support telephone number (+351 917258271) which you can call for any necessary clarification.
The prices and sales conditions presented on our Website are for informational purposes only and may be modified in accordance with market prices. When placing your order by filling out the respective purchase form, you imply acceptance of the price presented and the respective general sales conditions present on this Website at the specific time of purchase. When formalizing and finalizing your order, the respective purchase is understood to have been completed, definitive with full right to all legal guarantees that legitimize the consumer’s rights. At the end of your purchase, prices, and conditions are added, which now have a contractual nature. They cannot be changed without the express consent of both parties. The prices indicated on the Website include VAT, the price and VAT details must be presented in the invoice before finalizing the order. ONLINESHIPP reserves the right to change prices at any time, always respecting the price indicated at the time of purchase.

4.2 By transfer or bank deposit:
A bank transfer must be made to our account below, with the total amount of the order (the total amount to be transferred will be indicated before you confirm it).
Only when ONLINESHIPP has registered the payment transactions and the amount appears in our specific bank transactions, will you proceed to send the order. When transferring, you must indicate the name of the person or entity to whom you will invoice the order and its number – automatically assigned by the system when it is made – in addition, the beneficiary of the operation must also be indicated:

After 15 days, if the operation is not registered, the request in question will be canceled and the operation will expire, with the same being eliminated.
Transfers originating from different entities may take up to two business days to be confirmed, depending on the banking institutions. Orders must be paid by transfer or bank deposit.
4.3 Against reimbursement
Maximum order value: 400€;
Available for orders with delivery addresses in mainland Portugal;
An additional cost of 5% on the purchase price, with a minimum cost of €2.50 for the Refund management process;
You can only have one active request for cash on delivery. A second order will not be accepted until the first has been delivered and refunded;
The amount to be paid must be the exact amount of your purchase, in cash. The transport company does not accept checks and is not authorized to make any change at the time of delivery.
4.4 Multibanco Reference (Payment in Portugal Only)

Orders are delivered through the company Correos Express via CTT, to the address indicated by the customer, in Mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira.
According to Regulation (EU) 2018/302, we currently ship to Spain, Portugal, and France, with their respective taxes (according to law 62/98 on Private Copying, which aims to tax all equipment that has recording and/or recording capabilities). or internal memory, with the aim of equitable compensation, referring to copyright).
The exact shipping cost will always be indicated at the time of purchase, and may occasionally be free during promotional moments or for all purchases worth €50 or more. Promotion valid only for deliveries in Spain (except Balearics, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and Portugal (except for Azores and Madeira), for products sold by ONLINESHIPP (except large household appliances). This promotion is not applied to items sold by sellers outside the ONLINESHIPP Website.
After the item(s) leaves our warehouse (it is not always possible to ship on the same day the order is placed), the delivery time to mainland Portugal is 48 to 72 working hours – unless orders whose delivery takes place in cities far from the main urban centers or difficult to access. In this case, the delivery time may exceed 72 working hours. Shipping to the Azores and Madeira takes up to 7 working days depending on the destination location.

If, at the time of delivery of the order, you notice clearly and visibly that a certain item(s)/volume(s) presents damage caused by transport or there is any inaccuracy in relation to the merchandise received, you must indicate this in the delivery notification and communicate it to ONLINESHIPP, within a maximum period of 5 calendar days, via https://www.onlineshipp.com/soporte, or via telephone +351 917258271. Thus, you can request the return of the product(s)( s) affected and replace them with another in perfect working condition or make the corresponding refund according to the option activated through the Support Center.
If the product is defective/faulty, the seller must repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract. All process management is free under the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is 3 years (new regulation in force of 3 years warranty from 01/01/2022) for new and refurbished items (items from exhibition or returns made within a period of less than 30 days) and 1 year for Flea Market items (items from returns with slight signs of use).
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product(s), defects, and damages caused by external action and/or manipulation by third parties. In these cases, the consumer will bear the costs of repairing and managing the product.
The warranty does not cover products modified or repaired by the customer or another person not authorized by ONLINESHIPP, as well as products that are subject to a specific contract.
The warranty does not cover incorrect software/hardware configuration by the customer of equipment, components, or peripherals. Incorrect software/hardware configuration or device failure caused by a component not supplied by ONLINESHIPP and incorporated by the customer.
The warranty does not cover virus infection in computers, hard drives, controller disks, or other additional software.

Right of Regret / Returns / Exchanges
Right to Repentance
In accordance with current legislation, the customer may cancel the contract without needing to justify such a decision and without any type of penalty, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do so, the conditions established in this document must be met: regret form.
The consumer will only be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to:
The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, where the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer/user and with the acknowledgment by him that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of termination.
The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the trader cannot control and which may occur during the regret period.
The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been broken after delivery.
The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
Contracts in which the consumer and user have specifically requested the trader to visit for urgent repairs or maintenance; If, during that visit, the trader provides additional services to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than spare parts necessarily used to carry out maintenance or repair, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those additional services or goods.
The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software that has been broken by the consumer and user after delivery.
The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
The provision of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium where performance commenced with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge that they lose their right to regret as a result.
As soon as we receive the product(s), we will refund the amount to the same payment method.
Returns/Exchanges for private customers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchased (either because the product does not exactly meet your expectations or because you do not like the purchase you made, etc.), you can request a refund of the respective amount within a period of 30 calendar days upon delivery without any associated cost. To do this, you must log in to the website www.onlineshipp.com, access your customer area and the Orders, Returns, and Invoices area, and select the corresponding order.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and conditions, properly packaged. Otherwise, ONLINESHIPP reserves the right to refuse the return.
Returns of items with offers and/or gifts must be returned in their entirety (complete item in its original box + gift/offer) in order to activate the refund process. In the case of downloading digital products, if you have activated it, the respective value will be deducted from the value of the item(s).
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
The item and/or packaging is damaged;
The item is incomplete, there are missing accessories, there are access codes/passwords in the item or they have been manipulated and/or broken;
The pre-established article was not fulfilled;
Open software/broken seal/activated code, such as operating system, Microsoft Office, among others, etc…
As soon as we receive the product in our warehouses, after verification, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used:
Multibanco Card and Reference: The refund will be made to your bank account within 48 to 72 hours, through the account from which the payment originated, in the next settlement if it is a credit card.
Transfer and Cash on Delivery: You must provide us with your IBAN, using the return form, available on our website.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of goods, resulting from their manipulation of them, other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and/or functioning.
Returns/Exchanges for Distributors
Returns of sealed material in perfect condition will only be accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Promotions on the website that extend the 30-day delivery period will not be applicable to distributors, who will always have a 30-day return period.
Such returns will be processed as commercial returns as there is no law regulating return rights between companies and such returns are regulated in accordance with ONLINESHIPP’s conditions.
We will not accept returns of blister or sealed products and other products that have a broken factory security seal; for example, motherboards with unsealed cables, monitors, printers, memory cards, etc.
These conditions do not cancel the right to warranty or exchange defective products. ONLINESHIPP reserves the right to refuse returns if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.
As established in Law 67/1998 on Personal Data Protection (transposes into the Portuguese legal system Directive No. 95/46/EC, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 24, 1995, relating to the protection of people and to the free circulation of this data), we inform you that the data voluntarily provided when making any purchase, as well as the IP address of the computer from which the purchase is made, will become part of a file titled by ONLINESHIPP, with the purpose processing the respective purchase/acquisition, implementing shipping procedures, after-sales service and customer service.
With regard to the registration of the IP address (Internet Protocol – identification number), it is carried out solely and exclusively for security reasons, in the event of fraudulent use of your credit card. We will also periodically send information about our offers, promotions, and campaigns, which we believe may potentially be of interest to you.

When registering on our ONLINESHIPP Website, the user undertakes to provide true information regarding themselves, assuming any type of responsibility for falsehood and/or manipulation of data relating to third parties. ONLINESHIPP assumes that the data provided by the data holder is accurate and true.
The present G.P.C.C. is governed by Portuguese legislation.
To resolve any dispute or conflict arising from the purchase of product(s) through the website www.onlineshipp.com, the parties agree to resort to the courts of the seller’s tax residence.
The parties submit themselves – voluntarily – to the courts of the seller’s district, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other.
Resolution of online consumer disputes in accordance with article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013

This platform is a consequence of Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21 May 2013, on alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters, and Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council, of 21 May 2013, on online dispute resolution in consumer matters. This establishes the creation of an online dispute resolution platform, which offers consumers and traders a unique platform for the extrajudicial resolution of online disputes through alternative resolution entities.
